With our Complete Planning model, you have the beauty of choosing to be as involved or uninvolved as you like in the planning process. During our initial consultation, I listen carefully to understand your wants, needs, and desires. From there, we’ll map out a planning timeline to guide the process in a way that works for you and your schedule, so you know exactly what to expect, no surprises, no stress. I will support you every step of the way, from finding the perfect venue to fine-tuning even the smallest details to create your own unique perfect day.

With this package you are investing in more than just a planner, but a full support system to help guide you through this exciting time of your lives!

Package Starts at 12,000 USD

    • Venue selection assistance if the venue is not previously booked.

    • Full Vendor List Provided

    • Meetings and planning support throughout the entire planning process as needed.

    • Inquire with vendors for availability, pricing, and request contracts on your behalf.

    • Create and maintain Customized Budget Worksheet.

    • Create and manage Day of Timeline.

    • Vendor meetings as needed Via Phone, Zoom or in-person.

    • In communication with all hired vendors throughout the planning process.

    • Create overall event design inspiration board, digitally.

    • Decor and design recommendations and research options on your behalf.

    • Create customized floor plan of event space(s).

    • Conduct final venue walkthrough with appropriate vendors.

    • Communication with Lead Planner begins once contracted.

    INCLUDES:

    • Our Preferred Vendor List, music template, ceremony script examples and gratuity guide.

    • Initial call with Stefanie Muse to discuss budget vendors and planning timeline.

    • Month-to-month checklist.

    • Review all venue and hired vendor contracts.

    • Review final details with all vendors.

    • Coordination of Ceremony Rehearsal.

    • Day-of coordination of all vendors.

    • Set-up of personal décor items.

    • Ensure personal flowers are provided to the appropriate wedding party and family members.

    • Emergency Kit available.

    • Arrange and set all escort cards or place cards and seating chart as needed.

    • Confirm floor plan for placement of tables and correct quantity of chairs, chargers etc.

    • Greet guests upon arrival to Ceremony location.

    • Organize those involved in the Ceremony and cue Ceremony music.

    • Transfer personal decor items if needed.

    • Assist in escorting guests to event spaces, help guests find their tables.

    • Organize wedding party for Grand Entrance.

Partial Planning

If you are ready to dive into wedding planning, already have a few vendors in mind, and are looking for support in planning only certain aspects of your wedding then this package is for you! With partial planning you have the freedom to choose which elements of wedding planning you’d like support in most. I will discuss your design, layout, and all of the details that will make your wedding unique and reflective of you! I will alleviate some of the wedding planning pressure by helping you set a pace for your planning, creating a budget overview and tracking your budget throughout planning to make sure the cost of everything is staying in a range you are comfortable with, and assist with vendor selection!

Package Starts at 7,000 USD

    • Planning support throughout contracted service time

    • Up to seven in person meetings prior to your wedding if needed (includes a final venue walk-through with appropriate vendors)

    • Provide Customized Month-to-Month Planning Checklist

    • Provide Customized Budget Worksheet

    • Client contacts all vendors for availability and collects all contracts

    • Create and manage Day-of-Timeline

    • In communication with venue and all hired vendors throughout contracted service time

    • Provide decor and design recommendations

    • Contracted through the conclusion of your wedding. We ensure all personal decor is packed and delivered to its assigned location on property. We also check out with all vendors and venue representative prior to our departure.
